Atelier 27 is built on a quiet premise: that the mouth is not a problem to be solved, but a composition to be understood. Every case is studied the way a tailor studies a shoulder, the way an architect studies light entering a room.
We accept a limited number of patients each year. Each begins with a long conversation, a diagnostic study, and a written plan — never a quote on the back of a card, never a treatment begun in haste.
The studio is small by design. There is one principal, one studio, one philosophy. What we lack in volume we make up for in the duration of our attention.

The reconstruction of worn, broken or missing dental substance — using layered ceramics, in-house ceramics and biomimetic principles, designed to disappear into the natural composition.

Atelier 27 occupies a single floor in a 19th-century palazzo in Brera, restored over three years and finished in travertine, brushed brass and oiled oak. The studio was designed by the architect Chiara Ferri and the principal himself.
There is one treatment room of unusual size, a small ceramic laboratory, a library, and a sitting room in which most of the conversation happens. There is no waiting room — patients are received one at a time.
An unhurried meeting at the studio — usually sixty minutes — to listen, examine briefly, and understand whether we are the right studio for the work. No commitment, no immediate procedure.
Photographic, radiographic and digital study of the composition, followed by a written report and a proposal. We do not begin work without a study, and we do not present a study without time for questions.
The work itself, performed in the studio or, when necessary, in a small operating theatre reserved for the practice. Sessions are long and few rather than short and many.
A quiet recall programme — twice a year — and a direct line to the studio. We remember every case, every patient, every conversation. The relationship does not end with the treatment.
We do not publish prices. Each programme is sized to the case and presented after a first conversation. The figures below are indicative.

No. Each case is presented after a study, with a written plan and a clear figure. Indicative ranges are visible on this page, but the final figure depends on the work required.
Yes. The studio receives one patient at a time. There is no shared waiting room, no front desk visible from the street, and no signage. The entrance is by appointment only.
A short note is enough. We answer every letter, usually within two working days, in English or Italian.
